The Ministry Of Industry And Commerce Has Launched An Investigation Into The Independent Brand Building Of Clothing Textiles, And The List Of "Key Tracking And Cultivating Enterprises" Has Been Adjusted.

The notice on the investigation of independent brand construction indicates that in order to implement the guiding opinions of the general office of the State Council on launching the "three products" special action to create a favorable market environment for the consumer goods industry ([2016]40) and the Ministry of industry and information technology, and other departments' suggestions on accelerating the construction of the independent brand of clothing home textiles (the Ministry of industry and Commerce jointly consumer [2009]481), we will accelerate the construction of the independent brand of home textiles and decide to continue to carry out autonomy in the home textile industry.

According to the survey, we adjusted the list of "home textile brand enterprises with key tracking and cultivation".

The following matters are notified as follows:

I. objects and contents

The clothing brand independent enterprises (see Annex 1), which are mainly focused on tracking and nurturing, and the independent brand enterprises of garment and textile industry, which are mainly cultivated by the departments of industry and information administration of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate planning.

Based on the data of 2015, the questionnaire for the construction of independent brand of clothing and textile enterprises in 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the questionnaire) is presented in Annex 2.

Two. Work procedure

Enterprises enter the "China Textile and clothing brand network" (www.texbrand.org.cn), click "brand investigation and reporting system", enter the fill in page and register (truthfully and effectively fill in the name of enterprise, organization code, place of registration, name of self brand, etc.).

Read the "fill in instructions", fill in the questionnaire according to the requirements, and submit the questionnaire after confirmation.

2. points for attention.

If there is any mistake, please contact the competent departments of the Ministry of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and the cities directly under the central government.

(two) work procedures of provincial departments of industry and information technology

The competent departments of industry and informatization in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate planning shall be responsible for organizing enterprises that meet the investigation objects in their respective jurisdictions.

2. audit.

Login "brand investigation and reporting system", enter the "fill in management / enterprise management / audit column", check the correct, click "audit pass".

When the enterprise applies for modifying the data, it opens corresponding business modification authority and reexamines it.

3. report.

Form a report and attach the list of enterprises to be reported to the Ministry of industry and information technology (the consumer goods industry division) before September 25, 2016.

Three. Related requirements

All localities should attach importance to the investigation work, give full play to the role of local industry associations, and actively organize enterprises to declare data.

(two) efforts should be made to cultivate superior brands.

All parts of the country should keep track of services, optimize and improve supporting policies, and guide enterprises to establish and perfect brand cultivation management system, enhance brand cultivation ability and enhance brand value.

(three) strengthen the strategic propaganda of "three products".

All localities should actively carry out the "three products" strategic publicity campaign for increasing the variety, quality and brand of the textile industry, and timely summarize the successful experience of the local garment home textile brand building, create a favorable market environment, and promote the development of the clothing home textile brand.
