With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce, online payment has become a new hot spot in China's e-commerce market competition. Buying Alipay information, forging identity cards, holding fake certificates, handling mobile cards and stealing Alipay account balances have formed a chain of criminal industries.

Among them, the proportion of non real name accounts paid by the Internet is relatively high, making it a fertile ground for brewage financial fraud, money laundering, illegal financing and other illegal activities, which infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of users and disrupts the order of the financial market.

For example, in life, criminals are tempted to put money into their accounts by fishing or seduction. When you return to God to call the police, this account is not real name and can not get real information. You want to get your money back, but who do you want to go to?

With this rule, people do not have to be afraid of disclosing personal information or afraid of stolen bank cards. Real name authentication is just to better protect user account security.

As Alipay's most powerful potential competitor, WeChat paid slightly better in the red envelope war, but it did not form a financial account such as balance treasure.

WeChat's financial management includes two parts: CAITONG can be pferred to the bank card funds, but this part of the funds can only be pferred back to the bank card; the money on WeChat wallet account can receive and receive red packets and consumption, but the money fund bought by these small coins can not be directly consumed and pferred like the balance treasure.

Compared with Alipay, which is no longer deliberately separated from the balance, WeChat's financial account is actually divided into three parts: "my change", "change money management" and "financial management".

"My change" can be pferred, consumption and red package, but the bank card should be charged; "money management" can only be bought by "my change", if the new regulations of the central bank, type I and two types of accounts need to turn off this function; "financial management" provides a complete financial function, but with the WeChat purse completely isolated, financial funds can not be pferred to "my change".
