"Measures" To Fill Students' Clothing And Textile Fabric Quality Supervision Legislation Blank

The measures for the supervision and administration of the quality of products (hereinafter referred to as "measures") were officially promulgated in February 23rd and will be implemented in March 31st.

Quality supervision is an important measure to achieve "chain supervision" of fiber fiber products.

The "method" is divided into 5 chapters, and the total 41 are the amendments to the "quality supervision and management of flocculent fiber products" promulgated and implemented in 2006.

The measures are aimed at strengthening the quality supervision and management of fiber products such as floc fiber products, student clothes and textile fabrics, improving the quality of products and ensuring the health and safety of special consumer groups.

Compared with the old management methods, the newly revised "method" adjusted the fiber products for floc fiber products, student clothes and textile fabrics, that is, increased and strengthened the quality supervision of student clothing and textile fabrics. At the same time, the "full chain regulation" of fiber fiber products was determined, requiring quality inspection departments to carry out functional adjustment according to the principles of focusing on each other and giving play to their special skills, and improving the supervision effect through daily supervision, supervision and spot checks.

In order to strengthen the quality supervision of fiber products, the measures have established 7 systems: group purchase quality control system, quality integrity system, key areas comprehensive improvement and quality improvement system, chain supervision system, raw material control system, quality identification system and supervision and inspection system.

The Measures stipulate the quality obligations of producers, sellers and users in business services or public welfare activities.

By guiding producers to improve production conditions, establishing raw materials and raw materials purchase and acceptance records, and promoting enterprises to implement product quality and safety; the measures put forward specific requirements for identifying contents of floc fiber products, student clothes and textile fabrics, and provided legal responsibilities, giving full play to legal leading and standardizing functions, cracking down on quality frauds of fiber products, and improving the standardization of fiber products labeling.
