Foreign labor cooperation

In 2015, China's foreign labor service cooperation sent 530 thousand kinds of labor force, a decrease of 32 thousand compared with the same period last year, down 5.7% from the same period last year.

Among them, 253 thousand people were sent under the contract project, and 277 thousand were sent under the labor cooperation.

In the month of December, 58 thousand workers were sent out, a decrease of 5 thousand compared with the same period last year.

Foreign direct investment

In 2015, investors in China made non-financial direct investment in 6532 overseas enterprises in 155 countries / regions, totaling RMB 735 billion 80 million yuan (118 billion 20 million US dollars) in foreign investment, an increase of 14.7% over the same period last year.

In the month of December, foreign direct investment was 86 billion 500 million yuan (US $13 billion 890 million), an increase of 6.1% over the same period last year.

As of the end of December, China's total foreign direct investment in non-financial sector was 5 trillion and 400 billion yuan ($863 billion 40 million).

In 2015, there were 54 countries and regions of China's foreign direct investment flows of billions of dollars, of which 1 billion were over 13, namely, China, Hongkong, the Cayman Islands, the United States, the British Virgin Islands, Singapore, Holland, Australia, Kazakhstan, Luxemburg, Laos, Indonesia, Canada and Brazil.

Chinese enterprises have made direct investment in the 49 countries related to the "one belt and one road", with a total investment of US $14 billion 820 million, an increase of 18.2% over the previous year, accounting for 12.6% of the total.

It mainly flows to Singapore, Kazakhstan, Laos, Indonesia, Russia and Thailand.

In 2015, the mainland invested 86 billion 850 million US dollars in the seven main economies of China, Hongkong, ASEAN, the European Union, Australia, the United States, Russia and Japan, accounting for 73.6% of the total share of the same period.

Investment in ASEAN and the United States increased rapidly, up by 60.7% and 60.1% compared to the same period last year, and investment in Hongkong increased by 8.3%.

External contracting project

In 2015, China's foreign contracted projects completed a turnover of 959 billion 600 million yuan (US $154 billion 70 million), an increase of 8.2% over the same period last year. The new contract amount was 13084 billion yuan (210 billion 70 million US dollars), an increase of 9.5% over the same period last year, driving the export of equipment and materials by US $16 billion 130 million.

Among them, the turnover in December was $23 billion 950 million, an increase of 13.5% over the same period last year, and the new contract amount was $47 billion 40 million in the month, an increase of 52.8% over the same period last year.

In 2015, 721 new contracts with a total value of more than $50 million (662 in the same period last year increased 59), totaling 175 billion 850 million dollars, accounting for 83.7% of the total amount of new contracts.

Among them, there were 434 hundred million dollar projects, an increase of 69 over the previous year.

In December, 131 new contracts with a total amount of more than $50 million (19 increase over the same period last year), totaling 41 billion 310 million dollars, accounted for 87.8% of the total amount of new contracts signed in that month.
