Herm S Acquisition Of Leather Supplier Tanneries Du Puy

French luxury group Herm s announced the acquisition of Tanneries Du Puy, a supplier of leather to Auvergne in central and southern France.

The financial data for the paction are unknown.

At the press conference, the purchase was concluded in the name of Herm s Cuirs Pr cieux cieux (Herm s s).

The region has retained more than 100 jobs.

In the third quarter, Herm e s harness and leather goods accounted for 47% of total sales revenue, up 8.6% (according to the same exchange rate) compared to the same period, and the second quarter was 14.9%.

According to Tanneries Du Puy, the company is the largest in the world.

And leather brand supply cowhide, exports accounted for more than 50% of the total sales.

The company called the paction "Herm s group's strategy to protect the proprietary supply chain".

Herm s is biased towards the use of dyed monochrome hide, and the production of handbags requires large, uniform, unspotted and imprinted cowhide.

As early as in 2013, the Herm d s, which started with the production of Harness Leather products, had acquired Tannerie d 'Annonay' in Ard Che area.
