The reporter understands that after the reform, the organization code certificate number, the tax registration certificate number and the business license number of the newly established enterprises will be uniformly printed on the business license and loading the "unified social credit code". The whole registration process does not need to pay any fees, further reducing the burden on enterprises.

According to the latest notice issued by the State Administration of Taxation on the implementation of the "three certificates" registration system reform, since October 1st this year, the newly established enterprises and farmers' professional cooperatives have received the "three certificate one after one" business license after loading the legal person and other organizations to unify the social credit code. There is no need to re register the tax. When the enterprise issues tax matters, the tax authorities can replace the tax registration certificate by loading the unified code business license after the tax authorities complete the supplementary information collection.
