The main idea is that the author recruited a good intern, and when he thought it was good enough to train him, the intern would quit and learn nothing.

The main idea of the latter part is to read seven years' finance in a prestigious school, study hard, and do nothing in the interview, and then feel very frustrated.

It's about students' problems, but many times, students just magnify their own shortcomings because they are immature. Most of them have their own performance, but only in different ways.

Value is the core of all meaningful things, and price is only a form of value.

When you listen to a little bit in primary school, you know that price fluctuates around value, sometimes it is higher than value, then it is earned. Sometimes it is lower than value.

Then we introduce a variable or a word called "consideration".

It means that a party must pay the corresponding price when obtaining some interest.

Then I put forward a formula, value = price + consideration.

On the whole, this equation has been established.

What do you mean? If you buy a bag of rice, it costs 300 yuan.

If you buy seeds to seed, it may only cost 30 yuan.

The latter is so cheap, but there is a consideration that you have to pay for a year.

Then we measure that if we are not a professional, it will obviously cost too much time to do so, so we still choose to buy rice products with high price.

Sometimes, this consideration is not so obvious. This is implicit consideration.

For example, often making other people's cheap, gradually formed a habit, seems to be earned, in fact, the state of mind has been broken, and then suddenly encountered a big cheap, to take up the time, planted, before making money do not say, and maybe the capital went in.

Remember the classic lines on TV. "I knew XXX would do this, and I wouldn't do it."

So, your harvest is directly proportional to your value. If you think there is no direct proportion, there are probably two situations. One is that you are not worth much.

The other is that your consideration is in fact.

One day it will break out.

Of course, in most cases, it is the first.

For example, job seekers should have high salaries and low salaries, but they should not be too happy to get to high people, because the high value you pay is the high expectations of leaders. Once you fail to meet the leadership's expectations, you may leave early.

If you want to go to a low person, you shouldn't be too upset. You will get a bigger one.

To play, once you have done something of value, it will immediately shine.

There are two ways to exceed others' expectations. The first is competence and the second is lower expectations.

Therefore, it is still important to have an accurate value judgement for yourself. Only when you are deeply aware of your value can you have an accurate price, and my suggestion is to reduce the price to 80% of value and give yourself some space to appreciate and accumulate, so that over time, taking into account loyalty and emotional accumulation, you may eventually get your own value of 120%-150% or even more. Here you do not have to worry too much about pressure.

And if you come up, you will come to yourself.

120%, then you may fall into a long-term bottleneck, unable to grow, or even make your mind very anxious.

For other questions, the same is true.

For example, many people advise me to raise the price of the manuscripts, because whether I consider the quality or the channel, my asking price may be half or even 1/3 lower than the market price.

But from my point of view, the market price is bubble now. Maybe someone will pay more premium for the manuscripts, but it will not last.

If your price is value for money, the user experience will be good, and then more resources will be introduced to you.

For me, more lists are not important. The important thing is that I can access more industries' demands and rules, and accumulate more cases.

This is very helpful for my future five to ten years.

Such a high growth is actually a value added curve, and earn less in front. I believe it will be much easier later.
