    1.5 penalties:

    Four, advertising support and

    Sales incentives

    1. Party A is responsible for the issuance of the national media. The cost of regional media and small promotion activities shall be paid by Party A to Party B's advertising rebates.     2. Party A will provide Party B with a certain amount of publicity materials and related materials free of charge.

    3. Party B has the obligation to cooperate with Party A in doing cross regional or national publicity materials and related materials.

    4. if Party B fails to make any violation of the regulations, Party A will give Party B advertising rebates every quarter for 4% of the quarterly subscription, Party B shall provide advertising support certificate, and make a reimbursement within the limit. When returning, Party B shall provide advertising invoices, contracts, advertising samples and photographs, otherwise Party A shall have the right to stop the rebate.

    5. sales incentives: Party B strictly complies with the provisions of this contract, and there is no violation of the third market agreements. According to the quantity of Party B's purchase from Party A, Party A will make the following sales incentives to Party B every year, five yuan per set of cash (see the relevant provisions of Party A).
