    Textile light "viscose fiber industry energy saving and emission reduction technology" key achievements promotion activities were held at Tianjin University of Technology.

    Cleaner production is the key to the continuous development of viscose fiber industry. How to solve the problem of three wastes management in a comprehensive and effective way is also an important issue facing the industry.

    He hoped that enterprises, while innovating at the same time, should seize the opportunity to adopt new technologies to pform more scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces.

    At the meeting, Professor Du Junqi of Beijing University of Chemical Technology introduced the "green pulping engineering technology", which solved the impregnation in continuous production process.

    Depolymerization and decolorization

    The key technology of equipment engineering such as continuous cooking and so on is to achieve high concentration, low temperature and continuous production process.

    The quality of fiber, polymerization degree, reaction performance and KW value is up to or better than the industry standard.

    Traditional technology

    The energy consumption of ton pulp is reduced by 50%, water consumption is reduced by 50%, COD emission is reduced by 50%, chroma is reduced by 75%~80%, and over 90% of the treated wastewater can be recycled, and the production cost of comprehensive ton pulp is reduced by 200 yuan.

    General manager of North and South Chemical New Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Xu, explained the "flash crystallization process and installation technology" produced by his company. The process realized flash crystallization of viscose fiber in the process of producing sodium sulfate. The steam consumption per ton of sodium sulfate was 0.5~0.6 tons, and the electricity consumption was 30~35kwh; each flash evaporation device of 20 tons of evaporation could produce about 4 tons of Glauber's salt per hour.

    In addition to energy conservation, it also has the advantages of less equipment, small land occupation, high yield of sodium sulfate, good quality, no abrasion of equipment, and few maintenance personnel.

    Li Daoxi, technical director of Hubei Tian Si Polytron Technologies Inc, introduced the "new cellulose fiber production technology", the "low dissolved oxygen, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification" efficient aerobic sewage treatment process, using microbial technology, hydraulic cycle and aeration integrated technology.

    Under the special control conditions, the number of dominant bacteria cultivated in the biological treatment pond doubled, the microbial degradation efficiency increased significantly, and the pollutants in the water were removed efficiently.

    Xin Tao, deputy general manager of Depp (Beijing) Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and representatives of the conference shared the "BDP technology" technology.

    Xin Tao introduced that the new cellulose fiber products are mainly pulp, urea, caustic soda and so on. There are no toxic and harmful substances in the production process. The product is pure cellulose fiber, it can be degraded and has environmental protection advantages. The production process is short, compared with the viscose fiber production process, it reduces the aging, desulphurization, bleaching, tail gas treatment and so on. The initial calculation, the cost is more than 10% lower than viscose fiber.
