    The Difficulty Of Becoming A Professional Social Worker.

    Whether it's the skill of witty saying, moving people's heart, or the way of "praising others" and "observing the colors", have you found a suitable way in these dazzling workplace social events?     Behind this impetuous way of finding a way to become a professional social worker, we see four major flaws in workplace social interaction:

    Lack of listening.

    Eager to get the other person to understand their product advantages, they forget to ask each other's needs. They want to seize the opportunity to express themselves to their superiors, but they forget to understand their company philosophy and direction in their daily work, so they are anxious to express their words in front of their superiors.

    It's a far cry from it; if you want to have in-depth communication with your colleagues, so that you can cooperate better, you don't know where to start.

    Lack of discovery.

    Every day is a hurried footstep, each performing its duties, each being on its own, occasionally giving people a feeling of alienation, and thinks it lacks human touch.

    Looking at those in the workplace, even if there is no cooperation, there are still people to talk about, people who have communication and opportunities, many people in the workplace will grow up spontaneously.

    Envy

    Heart, and anguish in their social situation has not made progress.

    As far as we know, many job opportunities and cooperative relations start from discovery. There is no possibility of communication without discovery, let alone cooperation.

    Lack of trust.

    In the workplace, whether it is getting along with customers, getting along with colleagues or getting along with subordinates, there are many suspicions, that is, insecurity, suspicion that other customers have robbed themselves of the limelight and forget the quality service they can provide. There is a conflict of interest among colleagues, and they have become more cautious in their colleagues' relationship.     There is no effective communication mode.

    We are all talking about workplace communication. The key is to communicate well. However, most people focus on the way of communication, but forget what is behind the communication -- understanding of the relationship, positioning, expressive ability, communication pointcuts, the assurance of the matters discussed, and the joys of life in the short life of the parents.
