    Polyester antibacterial fabric and nylon antibacterial fabric have a special quality testing index, that is, antibacterial effect. Domestic and foreign scholars have put forward various evaluation experiments on the determination of antibacterial potency, but there are still some defects, and the application scope has certain limitations. Antimicrobial agents can be roughly divided into two types: dissolution (antibacterial agents on fabrics can be slowly dissolved in water) and non dissolving type (antibacterial agents and fibers can not be dissolved together). The corresponding representative antibacterial properties test methods are as follows: GB15979-2002 used for hygienic products hygiene standard, also called "oscillating flask method", which is suitable for textiles produced by non dissolving antibacterial agents. The antibacterial rate of antibacterial polyester fabric will be tested in this experiment.

       (1) Polyester fiber Testing principle of antibacterial fabric and nylon antibacterial fabric

    The oscillating flask method is to inoculate a certain concentration of bacteria solution on the sample, increase the contact between the tested bacteria and the tested bacteria through long time strong oscillation, and compare the changes of the colony number before and after the oscillation to evaluate the performance of the antibacterial fabric.

    According to GB 15979-2002, the difference between the antibacterial rate of the sample group and the control sample group is more than 26%, which can be judged that the product has antibacterial effect. According to the experimental test and analysis, it shows that the antibacterial fabric with antibacterial polyester fabric has good antibacterial effect. The antibacterial fabric content in the fabric has a great influence on the antibacterial effect of the fabric. In terms of the antibacterial rate per 100% fiber content, the fabric has a good antibacterial effect, while the antibacterial polyester fabric has a similar antibacterial effect.

    Anti mite performance test results showed that the repellent rates of mite resistant fabrics against dust mites, gamasid mites and Chigger Mites were all greater than 99%. The results of antimicrobial spectrum analysis showed that the fabrics after the anti mite and antibacterial finishing could completely kill Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus, pneumococcus, meningococcus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Escherichia coli, Shigella, Salmonella typhimurium, Bacillus pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, floc epidermite, Trichophyton plagiarum, Candida albicans, Penicillium, Aspergillus niger and other harmful bacteria.

    Anti washing property of anti mite antibacterial fabric: after washing 50 times, the repellency rate of dust mites, gamasid mites and Chigger Mites is more than 95%. Neisseria gonorrhoeae (941748 domestic epidemic strains), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (WHO Q6 international standard drug-resistant strain), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6389), Escherichia coli (ATCC 8099), Candida albicans (ATCC l0231), Microsporum plaster, floc epidermite, Trichophyton rubrum, and hay stem black variant spores (ATCC 9372) did not grow on the antibacterial fabrics without washing and washing 30 times, 50 times, 100 times, and the antibacterial rate was over 99%. The anti mite antibacterial finishing cloth had excellent washing resistance.
