＜p＞　　該項目歷時兩年，目前成功研制出具有獨立知識產權的碳纖維立體管狀織造裝備，設計了直徑從30~120mm范圍中幾個規格的管狀織物的織造工藝，主要有四大創新點：一是提出三維多層管狀紡織預成型件的成型方法——三維圓織法，并實現層與層之間的可靠連接;二是在機、電、磁結合控制下實現每根經紗運動規律和張力的準確控制，從而適應圓織機上經紗運動復雜的規律，實現了多種織物組織結構的立體織造;三是采用無碾壓式引緯方式，使引緯器“懸空”運行，避免引緯器與經紗的接觸，減少對經紗的損傷;四是針對小管徑復合管材的整體拉伸測試方法，研制出實用性較好的拉伸測試夾具組件，克服了碳纖維復合管材管壁薄、表面滑、難夾持的＜a href="http://sjfzxm.com/news/index_z.asp"＞難點＜/a＞，可測試出碳纖維管狀復合材料的拉伸強度。
