 the meeting pointed out that although the energy saving and emission reduction targets of the textile industry in 12th Five-Year were basically completed, the pressure of enterprises to reduce emissions is still relatively large. Regional structural adjustment is greatly influenced by the external environment, and there is a certain pressure on the output value of the Midwest. In addition, the industry standardization work needs to be further strengthened. 
In the "P" discussion, the participants suggested that the mid-term assessment of 12th Five-Year should be evaluated objectively and objectively, and some suggestions on the adjustment of raw materials, taxation and financing policies should be made.
