< p > to cope with the opportunities and challenges facing Vietnam's textile industry after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), and to the rapid growth of garment exports driven by the quota free clothing exported to the United States, Vietnam textile and Garment General Corporation will reinvest 2 billion US dollars from 2006 to 2010 to replace textile machines, weaving machines, washing and dyeing machines, sewing machines and comprehensive brazing plant equipment.

The Vietnamese government plans to build 11 textile and garment industrial parks in 11 provinces and cities in Haiphong, North Ning, Xin'an, Taiping, Qinghua, Da Nang, general, Pingyang, longan, Can Tho and other provinces by 2010 respectively.

At present, three parks in Xin'an, Pingyang and Da Nang are under construction and have begun to take shape.

By 2010, Vietnam plans to produce 80 thousand tons of lint per year, 120 thousand tons of roving, 300 thousand tons of yarn, 1 billion 400 million square meters of finished goods and satin, 500 million knitted products and 1 billion 500 million garments.

Exports amounted to 8 billion -90 billion dollars.

The total exhibition area of the twenty-third exhibition held in P April 2012 was nearly 20000 square meters, with a net exhibition area of more than 12000 square meters. 285 enterprises from 20 countries and regions participated in the exhibition. They were Australia, Canada, Germany, India, China, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Pakistan, the United States and other countries. The professional audience came from 20, over 15000.

Vietnam's economy and exports grew rapidly. In 2012, the number of exhibition areas and professional spectators increased by 50% compared with 2011. The exhibitors were very enthusiastic. The exhibition hall and the three additional temporary exhibition halls were all full.
