Textile Design Inspiration Yarn Exhibition New Ideas

SPINEXPO manufacturer's creative yarn and Nottingham Trent University fashion knitting and Spin The creative design of students of design major hit the spark of inspiration at the twenty-first Shanghai exhibition.

NTU students Romy Pollard and Caimi Clark were selected to work together with Sophie Stella and his trend team to take charge of the exhibition trend and market area layout. SPINEXPO is very pleased to cooperate with the university to bring the best products selected from the exhibitors series into life.

Under the guidance of Claire Briselli, a senior lecturer in fashion knitting and textiles and Tina Downs, a senior lecturer in textile design, NTU students used yarn and fabric provided by the spinning mill to develop knitted garments and fabric samples cards. Ms. Briselli said: "this year, our activities have received a good response, and more students have designed three dimensional works."

Student works will be displayed in the exhibition market area and VIP/ media area. The work reflects the fashion trend of SPINEXPO and shows the importance of lifestyle and the use of soft tone. Ms. Briselli commented: "obviously, yarn is the driving force of creative work and makes creativity more fun."

Romy Pollard, a fashion knitting Speciality Student, uses the yarn of Ningbo Zhongxin wool textile group. On the 14-gg Shima loom, graphic jacquard designs two sets of ready-made garments. She chose 1/52 nano ramie and acrylic blended. Do spinning With 1/53 nano acrylic and nylon blended yarn, yellow and beige are used in hue.

Jessica espri Jessica is a graduating student. She has designed a loose and super jumper stitch on the 7-gg Dubied loom. It uses wrinkle yarns and complex rotary stitches to create visual effects. Jessica used Huafu's 1/30 nm cotton yarn and its color series.

Sophie Dletonsufi Dryden designed a hem loose knitted skirt. She first used the contrast structure arrangement to show the use of yarn. The top of the skirt is a fine stripe with different stitches, and the stripe can change with the wearer's will. The yarn she uses comes from Longda textile, including 2/28 nm original white cotton / hemp blended yarn; 2/48 nm grey brown organic cotton, bamboo fiber, modal and yak hair blended yarn; and 2/28 nm grey silk blended yarn.

Samantha Pilssamantha Pierce uses the domestic 5.5 to 6-gg stitch machine, chooses the viscose fiber / nylon blended yarn and the pink and tomato red tone to build the pattern wrinkle skirt, and the yarn creates nodes, circles and sleeves.

On the Shima loom, Hole Davidshole Davis used Sinfonia series 1/17.5 nm linen / nylon / polyester blended yarn of Lukang, Jiangsu to produce lace, ladder structure, rib and 7-gg stitch fabric.

Jade Rolopjed Rolop's work is a fabric with 7 to 10-gg stitch distance and spider web structure, and Shima loom is used to weave ladder chain to connect diamond structure. She used 2/60 nm Superfine Merino wool yarn for new Australian wool spinning.

Many students are developing various kinds of tape samples, using 5-6-gg and 3-gg stitch machines, using Cofil SRL, Phelps, Jiangsu Guotai International and Taishan Shanghai yarn. Ms. Briselli said: "ribbon yarn is very popular at present, because it is more interesting and easier to design moderate and moderate structure."
