1. Cotton picking

According to the Hunan provincial agricultural meteorological monthly report, in the middle of November, the cold air activities in Hunan were frequent and the air temperature dropped rapidly. The days of precipitation in most parts of Northwestern Hunan and southeastern Hunan were 4-5 days, and ten days precipitation. Most of the cotton planting areas in Northern Hunan were more than 101-302%. At present, cotton picking in Hunan province is developing in full swing. At present, the cotton picking capacity in the whole province is about 85%.

In addition, the cotton purchase funds in Hunan province are relatively tight this year, and the restrictive acquisition of enterprises has occurred. The overall sales progress of cotton in the whole province is about 60%, and the speed needs to be speeded up.

At present, the price of seed cotton purchased by type 400 cotton enterprises in Yueyang, Changde and other cotton growing areas in Hunan province is at 8.05-8.15 yuan / kg (37-38% of clothing and moisture content is less than 14%), and prices remain stable. Some enterprises have implemented the highest purchase price limit of 8.40 yuan / kg for seed cotton with a dress rate of more than 38% in order to control costs.
