After the appraisal of Guangdong occupational disease diagnostic Committee, the conclusion was made to maintain the Guangzhou occupational disease prevention and treatment center.

Because of Li Jiajun's sudden onset in Hongtian shoe factory, the public security organ put the case on the grounds of major labor safety accidents. He was arrested by the shoe factory boss and he was granted awaiting trial.

The Court confirmed that Li Jiajun worked in Hongye shoe factory, resulting in 1, 2- two chloroethane poisoning.

The court held that since the establishment of Hong shoe factory in 2002, it has not been able to receive the business license and is an illegal employment unit. It should bear corresponding responsibilities for employees in Hong Tian shoe factory.

The first instance of the Liwan court held that the factory should bear the responsibilities of living expenses, medical expenses, nursing expenses and meals allowance during the period of Li Jiajun's treatment, and the total cost was 257 thousand yuan.
