Winter printing must strictly control the process conditions, including base material, primary printing, drying, printing two times, drying, and finished products.

First, the water slurry of printing materials is easy to appear in winter.

1, problems arise:

(4) strictly control the pH value (7.5-8) during beating, reduce the dosage of thickener and the use of plastic additives.

(5) high grade printing should be properly joined with foreign colloid (solid pulp A).

(6) frozen slurry should not be mixed with new slurry.

(1) thickened mortar, decreased elastic value and poor temperature.

(2) self crosslinking is slow in performance and prone to sham dry.

Preservation should be at 6 C.

(2) the printing workspace temperature is above 12 C.

(3) adopt cross drying or pressing machine to make cross linking and drying.

(4) strictly control the false drying of the glue, freeze dry, and guard against poor fastness.

(5) toning should be coloured at 16-20 C to avoid coloring and fogging.

(6) reduce the amount of saponified glycerin and silicon digestible agent as far as possible, so as to ensure the crosslinking space.

(7) freeze mortar should not be mixed with new glue.

Three, printing materials sensitive adhesive prone to problems.

1, problems arise:

(1) not developing or developing.

(2) generate shedding and floating glue phenomenon.

(3) the edge saw teeth, glue dropping, film removal and printing resistance decreased.

2, solution:

(1) must be stored in the environment above 10 C, and freeze should not be used.
