This standard is applicable to safety shoes made of leather or canvas
1. Technical requirements
1.1 All products shall be equipped with anti smashing inner heads.
1.2 Strength requirements shall be met.
1.3 Anti puncture performance of sole; Through puncture test, the steel nail shall not penetrate the inner substrate.
1.4 The sole shall have anti slip teeth or patterns.
1.5 Leather safety shoes for hot processing work shall be subject to heat and flame resistance tests without deformation, and the burning speed shall not be greater than 1mm/s.
1.6 The overall weight of each pair of shoes shall not exceed 2kg.
1.7 Other performance requirements shall be in accordance with the standards issued by the Ministry of Light Industry, sewn leather shoes SG27-74 and molded leather shoes SG24-74.
2. Test method
2.1 Static pressure test.
2.1.1 Test instrument: the precision of the pressure testing machine used is ± 1%, the minimum scale value is below 5kg, and the measurement range shall not be less than 2000kg. The area and diameter of the test platform shall be greater than 75mm, and the upper and lower platforms shall be parallel.
2.1.2 Sample preparation: extend the rear edge of the inner head of the product backward 25 ± 3mm beyond the upper and lining, cut off the rest, and leave only the toe cap and sole as the sample. The sample schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1.
2.1.3 Test method: put a plasticine cylinder with the same height and diameter of 22mm into the highest part of the head in the sample, and place the plasticine part in the sample in the center of the pressure test platform. Slowly pressurize at the speed of 3-5 minutes. When the pressure reaches 1400kgf, stop for 1 minute, and then make the pressure return to zero: take out the plasticine and measure its height. ≥ 15mm is qualified.

2.2 Impact test:
2.2.1 The instrument structure of impact test meets the standard.
2.2.2 Sample preparation: the same as 2.1.2.
2.2.3 Test method: the weight of the hammer of the testing machine is 23 ± 0.2kg. Fix the pattern on the device, and adjust the falling height of the weight according to the provisions in Table 1. Then let the hammer fall freely for impact test. After the test, take out the plasticine to measure its size. If it is ≥ 15mm, it is qualified.
2.3 Puncture test of anti smashing shoes: put 60 (standard GB346-75) steel nails on the press platform, fix them upright with plasticine, place them on the center of the forefoot of the sole and slowly pressurize them. When the pressure reaches 50kgf, stop the machine for inspection.
2.4 Heat resistance test: place the sample in an oven at 100 ± 5 ℃, bake for 20 minutes, and then cool it to room temperature for inspection. There shall be no deformation and cracking.
2.5 Flame resistance test: cut the upper of the sample into 150 × A 13mm long strip is clamped on the fixture of the titration table to form a 45 ° angle with the horizontal direction. Then burn its lower end with an alcohol lamp, measure the time when the flame spreads to the center, and calculate its burning speed. The number of samples is three, and the average speed is taken as the burning speed.
3. Inspection rules
3.1 The product must be appraised by the technical department designated by the state, meet the requirements of this standard and obtain a certificate of conformity before it can be produced and sold.
3.2 The products can be delivered only after passing the inspection according to this standard by the manufacturer, and have the product certificate and the supervision and verification issued by the technical appraisal department.
3.3 The products shall be visually inspected one by one, and others shall be subject to the standard. 1000 pairs as a batch,
2 ‰ random sampling. If one of the static pressure and impact tests is unqualified, double the sampling for re inspection. If there is still one unqualified item, double the sampling for re inspection. If there is still one unqualified item, this batch of products is unqualified.
4. Transportation and storage of signs
4.1 Each pair of shoes shall have the following marks: manufacturing Factory name (or) Trademark, uniform shoe size, product grade, supervision and verification, certificate of conformity, production year, month, day.
4.2 The outer package shall bear the following marks: manufacturer name (or trademark), product name, specification, quantity, grade, article number, case number, gross weight, and packing date.
4.3 Avoid exposure to sun, rain and moisture during transportation and storage. It shall not be put together with acid, alkali, oil and corrosive articles. The storage warehouse shall be ventilated and dry, and the products shall be stored at a distance of more than 200mm from the ground and walls.

A1 Technical Requirements
A1.1 See Figure 1 for product dimensions. The horizontal distance a from the tip of the inner head to the rear edge is 40-60mm; Height b is more than 35mm; The lower edge is curled horizontally, and the curling width c should be more than 3mm.
A1.2 Appearance quality requirements: the surface shall be smooth, and the edges and corners shall be in arc shape. The steel products shall be subject to anti rust treatment.
A1.3 The static pressure and impact test methods are the same as those of the leather safety shoes standard, but the sample is not prepared and is directly tested with the anti smashing inner head. The clearance height after the test ≥ 22mm is qualified.
A2 Others
A2.1 Inspection rules: 1000 pieces are a batch, except for random sampling based on 4 ‰, others are the same as the requirements in the previous standard.
A2.2 Mark, transportation and storage are the same as the previous standard requirements.

Special Safety, Protection and Work Shoes
The European standard EN 344:1997 Special Safety, Protection and Work Shoes was formulated by Technical Committee CEN/TC61 "Protective Articles for Feet and Legs", and its secretariat is held by BSI. This standard specifies the type design, whole shoe, upper, lining, tongue, insole, outsole and other structure and performance indicators of safety protection shoes. The test method of each item specified in the standard is similar to other similar standards, and the principle of the method is also generally applicable to most safety protection shoes. The main indicators are:
1 Impact resistance of head covering
The impact test shall be carried out with a steel impact hammer of specified weight. When the head is impacted, the clearance height under the head shall be less than the specified value, and the head shall not have any penetrating cracks in the direction of the test axis. It is worth noting that the provisions on the weight, specification, impact height and the structure of the testing machine of the impact hammer in the standards of various countries are different, which should be distinguished in actual testing.
2 Puncture resistance
The testing machine is equipped with a pressing plate, which is equipped with a test nail. The test nail is a head with the tip cut off. The hardness of the nail head should be greater than 60HRC. Place the sole sample on the chassis of the testing machine at a position where the test nail can pierce through the outsole. The test nail pierces the sole at a speed of 10 mm/min ± 3 mm/min until it penetrates. Record the maximum force required. Select 4 points on each sole for test (at least 1 point is at the heel), and the distance between each point shall not be less than 30mm, and the distance from each point to the edge of the insole shall be more than 10mm. The bottom with anti sliding block shall be punctured between blocks. Two of the four points shall be tested within 10-15 mm from the edge line of the bottom planting edge. If the humidity will affect the results, the sole shall be immersed in deionized water with 20 ℃± 2 ℃ for 16 ± 1h before the test.
3 Electrical properties of conductive shoes and anti-static shoes
After the shoe sample is adjusted in dry and wet atmosphere, the clean steel ball is filled into the shoe and placed on the metal probe device, and the resistance between the front two probes and the third probe is measured with the specified resistance test instrument. Generally, the resistance of conductive shoes shall not be greater than 100K Ω; The resistance of anti-static shoes shall be between 100K ohm and 100M ohm.

4 Thermal insulation performance
Take the finished shoe as the sample, install the thermocouple at the center of the inner sole connection area, and fill the steel ball into the shoe. Adjust the temperature of the sand bath pan to 150 ℃ ± 5 ℃, place the shoe sample on it so that the sand contacts the outer sole of the shoe, use the temperature testing device connected with the thermocouple to measure the temperature of the inner sole and the corresponding time, and give the temperature increase curve. Calculate the temperature increase 30 min after the sample is placed on the sand bath. Generally, the temperature increase of insole surface is required to be less than 22 ℃.
5 Energy absorption performance of heel part
The maximum compression load of the test instrument is 6000N, and it is equipped with a device to record the load/deformation characteristics. Place the shoe sample with heel on a steel plate, and place the test punch on the center inner side of the heel part against the insole. Apply the load at the speed of 10mm/min ± 3mm/min. Draw the load/compression curve and calculate the absorbed energy E, expressed in joules.
6 Requirements for antiskid outsole
This standard stipulates to test the antiskid coefficient of the sole, but stipulates the design and specification of the antiskid slider, such as the thickness of the sole, the height of the antiskid slider, and the distance from the edge of the sole.
