According to our experiments on wrapping essence, flavor can be preserved for 15 years without external force, and when hand rubbing the package, the fragrance will volatilize and be as strong as before.

The vitamin envelope is fixed on the surface of the fabric through a special low temperature adhesive, and its handle, air permeability and durability can meet the requirements of home textile products.

Reporter: what are the difficulties encountered in the process of conquering this technology?

Zhang Qing: the biggest difficulty is to meet the contradiction between washability and releasability of home textiles.

How to fix the dissolved organic germanium on the surface of the fabric and make it have certain washability is the most important technical problem of this product.

The difficulty is equivalent to fixing the sugar on the surface of the fabric, and demanding that the sugar should not be washed away.

According to the structure of organic germanium, we modify the cotton fiber to produce a suitable force with special functional groups in organic germanium structure, and fix organic germanium. Under this special force, organic germanium will not be inseparable as chemical bonds, but also can meet the washing resistance requirements of home textile products.

In addition, at the beginning of the production process, we also had a headache because of how to coordinate the proportion of adhesive and fabric handle.

Because the adhesive is more, the fabric is firm, the handle is hard, and the handle is soft and firm. But through continuous testing, the problem is finally solved.
