Textile Industry: Start Millions Of Energy Saving Clinic Activities

The environmental protection and Resource Conservation Committee organized 36 energy saving experts to carry out the "energy saving diagnosis" on Shandong cheerful Home Textile Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yaguang Home Textile Co., Ltd.

Yang Donghui, honorary chairman of China Textile Association and director of the environmental protection and Resource Conservation Committee of China Textile Industry Federation (CSPC), was appointed general director of the event. Zhang Shiping, deputy director of the Ministry of industry of the China Textile Industry Federation, served as deputy commander in chief.

The textile industry is a large household of electricity and water. The task of energy saving and emission reduction during the "12th Five-Year" period is arduous.

In order to implement the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in the framework of building a textile powerful country and establish a sustainable development mode of low carbon, green and circular economy, the relevant experts are organized by the China Textile Cooperation Commission to carry out energy saving diagnosis and energy saving evaluation activities for cotton spinning, printing and dyeing, home textile, chemical fiber, clothing and other industries.

Through the energy saving diagnosis of the key enterprises in the expansion projects and the original basic equipment, suggestions for improvement are put forward to help enterprises implement the targets of energy conservation and emission reduction.

As the first stop, the expert group has conducted a comprehensive systematic test, analysis and calculation of the power supply system, air conditioning system, air pressure system and thermal energy system of the cotton spinning, weaving, dyeing and power plant and other sub factories of the home textile company. It is believed that by saving energy and tapping the potential, 16 thousand tons of standard coal can be saved and the carbon dioxide emissions will be 40 thousand tons.

According to the 2011 price change, the energy consumption of industrial added value can be reduced by 19.16%, and the intensity of industrial carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by 19.15%.

A new project, Yaguang towel production base, has been evaluated for energy conservation.

The results of the review indicate that the two logistics and capital flows of Yaguang home textiles are better, but the management of energy and personnel is not yet in place, and there are certain problems.

For example, new projects, air conditioning automatic control, location reservation, data line system configuration, power pollution and so on.

Wang Weimin, chairman of the group of experts, suggested that Yaguang home textiles should consider the project construction from the aspect of energy saving in the new projects, including energy management, waste heat utilization and power quality, so as to play a better role in energy saving and emission reduction.

According to Cheng Cheng, director of the office of the China Textile cooperation committee, China will set up a strategic alliance for low-carbon technology innovation in the national textile industry. The alliance will be composed of CQC, National Standards Institute, relevant institutions and textile and garment enterprises. The aim is to speed up the textile development plan of 12th Five-Year.
