Shanghai Hua Fu Investment Limited The company (hereinafter referred to as "investment in Chinese clothes") was informed that 150 million shares of the Chinese clothing investment pledge in August 26, 2009 (Bulletin number: L20090828001) had been lifted in July 4, 2011, and the remaining 75 million part of the shares (announcement number: L20110705001) had been lifted. The remaining part of the pledge was lifted in May 11, 2012, and the 75 million shares were lifted (accounting for 7.46% of the total share capital of the company).
