    (JESSIE) the first new product conference after entering Bosideng group was held in Shenzhen on the evening of 11.

    In the JESSIE2012 autumn and winter new products conference, Jesse brand has successfully introduced Bosideng flagship store in Shanghai in March this year, and plans to introduce Bosideng to the flagship store in Xidan, Beijing.


    Bosideng achieved sales income of 18 billion 200 million yuan in 2011.

    In recent years, the development strategy has been adjusted to pform and march into "integrated apparel brand operators".

    On the basis of down jacket, it gradually stepped into men's clothing and other fields.

    "This year, Jesse women's clothing will become the core project of Bosideng's women's clothing business to ensure that sales revenue and corporate profits have achieved 25% growth."


    Shenzhen Jesse Garments Co., Ltd. is a professional modern garment enterprise integrating design, production and sales in Hongkong, China, which was invested by Hongkong MEBO fashion trade company in mainland China in 1999.

    It now owns high-end women's clothing registered in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

    Bosideng promotes women's apparel industry through the acquisition, and introduces non seasonal clothing brands to enhance profitability.

    After the completion of the acquisition, Bosideng will continue to sell JESSIE brand women's clothing in China in self run and affiliate mode, and expand into the international market in a timely manner.


    In fact, in this acquisition, "Hi" is Bosideng, Bosideng pointed out that the target industry has experienced more than 10 years of development in the women's wear industry, has a sound management system and excellent design, production and marketing management team, and colleagues have a relatively comprehensive sales network, enjoying a high reputation in the women's clothing industry.

    After that, it will become a platform for Bosideng's business development, based on its existing management team, so that Bosideng's women's clothing business will develop rapidly.

    The acquisition is in line with Bosideng's expansion to the women's clothing industry, as well as its entry into non seasonal clothing products, enhancing product mix and diversifying and improving profitability.
