First, support and encourage the development of key cities in eastern central cities.

We should give full play to the role of the specialized textile and garment market in the east to meet the needs of one-stop shopping at home and abroad.

Three is to support the development of high-end textile and garment manufacturing industry, further refining the industrial division of labor, developing high technology, high value-added, fashionable, differentiated terminal products manufacturing industry, developing capital intensive, technology intensive, high technology fiber and industrial use.
