The sampling survey involves 109 cashmere sweaters produced by 105 enterprises in 11 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Ningxia and Ningxia.
According to the "basic technical specifications for textile products safety" GB 18401-2010, "textile fiber content logo" FZ/T 01053-2007, "cashmere knitwear" FZ/T 73009-2009, and the existing effective enterprise standards and product quality requirements for the record, 10 items of cashmere sweater products including fiber dimension composition and content, formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine dye, water fastness, acid perspiration fastness, alkali fastness to perspiration, dry rubbing fastness, color fastness and bursting strength were tested.
Spot checks found that 3 batches of products were not qualified for fiber composition and content, including 1 batches of Mongolian mondmir cashmere dress Co., Ltd., 1 batches of "Meng Dan mill" men's V vest (110cm2011-08/: 7078), 1 batches of cashmere sweaters (1102011-07) of Qinghe County Huaxin villi Co., Hebei, and 1 hairs of Urumqi haolen Textiles Co., Ltd., "Hao Rong" computer male V collar (1052010-10).
In addition, Inner Mongolia Jinshi Taihua cashmere dress Co., Ltd. 1 batches of "golden prairie" round neck 165/90 2011-04 bursting strength project failed.
The 1 batch of "Purple medic" round neck loose blouses (100cm/110cm 2010-10/ number: Y81001) of Shanghai purple Clothing Co., Ltd. is not eligible for dry rubbing fastness.
