The chamber of Commerce has worked actively in implementing Scientific Outlook on Development, implementing circular economy, building a harmonious enterprise and performing various functions, and has achieved substantial results and promoted the new development of the industry. First, enhance the strength, maintain the advantages, continue to develop the synthetic leather industry as an important part of Wenzhou's regional economic development, and maintain a new development trend in the third leaps of Wenzhou. In December last year, the national development and Reform Commission approved the two national industry standards drafted by our synthetic leather enterprise. The national industry standard drafted by the Wenge leather garment industry has also been examined by experts and submitted to the national development and Reform Commission for approval. The chamber of Commerce has also organized the revision of the enterprise standards for the whole industry. Now, in the first half of the year, when the state will introduce a new export tax rebate policy, the chamber of Commerce has made many concrete suggestions and has attracted the attention of the relevant departments of the state. In recent years, member enterprises have invested large sums of money in managing "three wastes". To alleviate the financial pressure on enterprises, the chamber of Commerce has repeatedly reflected the requirements of member enterprises to the government. At the same time, on the eve of the "two sessions" in Longwan, we invited some NPC and CPPCC members' Symposium to play their role in participating in politics and politics. The NPC deputies and CPPCC members respectively put forward motions and proposals. After many efforts, a total of 61 people were awarded the qualifications of engineers, assistant engineers and technicians. The evaluation of professional titles not only provides talent support for the industry, but also greatly motivates employees to learn enthusiasm. The chamber of Commerce has also done a lot of work in implementing industry self-discipline and standardizing market order and improving self-discipline management. At the same time, the chamber of commerce continues to pay attention to the problems arising from the movement of people in the industry. In April this year, the chamber of Commerce visited the potential market of Vietnam, and formally signed the agreement on economic and trade cooperation and information exchange with the Vietnam shoe and Leather Association. It also organized many enterprises to exchange face-to-face information with Vietnamese merchants. In June this year, the chamber of Commerce signed a friendly and cooperative agreement with the footwear industry association of Guangdong province. The two sides agreed to take the business and market as the main body to strengthen cooperation in industrial development, product innovation and market development. In particular, the annual chamber of Commerce of China (Wenzhou) has been carefully planned and organized every year, so as to vigorously publicize the image of the enterprise and start the regional brand of Wenzhou synthetic leather. During the last two sessions, the chamber of Commerce organized more than 50 enterprises in the Wenzhou synthetic leather industry and arranged more than 150 exhibition booths to participate in the exhibition. Over the past year, our industry has been making efforts to build environment-friendly enterprises. First of all, the chamber of Commerce held several meetings of directors, directors' meetings and presidents' meetings of the member enterprises, and repeatedly unified their understanding, and took the success or failure of pollution control as an important matter for the survival and survival of enterprises, and effectively overcome the thought of coping and luck. With the attention of various enterprises, the synthetic leather enterprises in the city have invested more than 100 million yuan in pollution control funds in the past two years. The wastewater treatment system will be fully built and put into operation at the end of the year, with the demonstration and promotion of the synthetic leather enterprise in the Municipal Economic and Technological Development Zone. On solid waste management, the chamber of Commerce supports the management company for three years. In April this year, the incinerator was used to deal with solid waste, and the solid waste disposal problem was finally solved.
