Inviting 138 enterprises to enter

Li Yong, Secretary General of the Chongqing Chongqing Fashion Association, said that the base was jointly funded by hundreds of Chaotianmen garment enterprises, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan.

Up to now, the first phase of the project has identified 138 enterprises.

Li Yong disclosed that a total of 25 enterprises including Guangzhou, Zhejiang and Shanghai have been settled.

Li Yong said the enterprises stationed in the garment city should meet a series of conditions, such as providing 2 million yuan ~300 million yuan of their own funds, and at the same time, the annual output value should reach at least 20 million yuan ~3000 million yuan.

Every enterprise settled in it has independent state-owned land use warrants and plant property rights certificates.

Industrial planning

Take Wanzhou as the center, build the textile city of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Northeast Chongqing. Jiang Aimin said that some eastern enterprises will withdraw from processing and some orders, and enterprises in Chongqing can win over and create their own brands from the first foundry.

She said that once Chongqing's China Light Textile and garment city is completed, it will change the situation of "small, scattered and chaotic" clothing in Chongqing, and form a resultant force.

Talent, government and enterprise linkage break the bottleneck

Chen Shangfu, Secretary General of the city clothing association, said that the sources of design and management talents of local enterprises are: first, deep cooperation with universities such as Southwestern University, Sichuan Fine Art Institute, Chongqing Normal University and so on, and training local clothing design and management talents; two, training, sending designers to coastal and overseas exchanges and learning, or asking outside designers to come to Chongqing for training.
