Improving Enterprise Profit From Special Textile Technology

In 2006, the state adjusted the tax policy on textile exports temporarily for the balance of export.

Shortly afterwards, the tax policy restored the original tax rate.

During this year, the state received more than ten billion yuan of tax rebate funds from the textile industry's foreign trade exports.

Later, the central government decided that the tax rebate fund should be allocated to the people and still be used to the people. Therefore, special funds for textile structural adjustment should be established to support the pformation of the textile industry structure and development mode.

The project shall be compiled by the enterprise according to the prescribed format and content, and the relevant departments of the local government shall examine it and report it to the relevant departments of the State Economic and Trade Commission.

The State Economic and Trade Commission has selected dozens of experts, concentrating on a guesthouse in Badaling, and grading each item according to the standard unification.

I have the honor to participate in this review work.

After the review, we selected 337 projects from hundreds of projects in the country as the state key support projects. Among them, the "new textile equipment" included 44 projects, accounting for 13% of the total project, and the project funds were composed of about 56000000 yuan allocated by the central government, the loans approved by the central government and the self financing fund. The textile machinery enterprises were benefited from the implementation of these projects.

In the "new textile equipment" differential fiber and nonwoven production line project, the Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute has undertaken the development of two-component composite Spunbonded Nonwovens Technology and equipment, and finally formed a spunbonded nonwovens production line with a width of 3.2m and an annual output of 3000 tons of PP-PE.

In the high quality spinning key equipment project of "new textile equipment", the SMARO type automatic winding machine, which was undertaken by Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanghai two spinning machine Limited by Share Ltd and the Qingdao Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., were not only owned independent intellectual property rights, but also had many innovative points after the product was industrialized. The Ningbo Dechang precision spinning machine company made a systematic research on the new compact spinning frame, with new contents, and realized industrialization.

In the new weaving equipment project, the SHJD0102 high speed precision winding machine of Shanghai second silk machinery factory, the high-speed electronic jacquard device of Changshu textile machinery factory, and the SPR700 air-jet loom of Wuxi sloam air-jet loom have all been industrialized. Guangdong Fengkai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has achieved the research and industrialization of the high speed rapier electronic label jacquard loom, and the new multi-functional sizing machine of Zhengzhou textile machinery Limited by Share Ltd has achieved new achievements after implementation.

In the compound spinning production line project, the Dalian synthetic fiber Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopts the new type of mixing and fluidized bed crystallization device to complete the R & D and industrialization of the ultra fine composite spinning production line, and has made new achievements. Beijing Zhongli Machine Co., Ltd. adopts the high efficiency, energy saving and two box composite spinning technology to realize the industrialization of the new composite spinning production line. The Zhengzhou textile machinery Limited by Share Ltd has developed the differential polyester staple fiber flexible production line. The intelligent high-speed elastic wire machine developed by Wuxi Hongyuan spinning machine has 12 national patents, of which 3 invention patents.

Through the implementation of the "new textile equipment" project, a number of new knitting machinery products have developed rapidly.

Fujian Jinjiang Acer Machinery Co., Ltd.'s R & D and industrialization of the anti lap computer jacquard machine has been mass produced; the HGF43-24-1 type multi bar jacquard warp knitting machine of Fujian Xin Gang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved mass production; the new high-speed, middle distance and tricot warp knitting machines of Changde textile machinery company have achieved mass production; the needle tube production of Fujian Quanzhou Zheng Xin spinning machine company has realized specialized production of parts and components; all kinds of circular knitting machines, needles, needle materials and forgings are all imported from abroad, and 88 imported needle and groove grooves are installed on the upper and lower floors, which produce more than 10 thousand needles for each year, and serve for the main engine.

In the energy saving and emission reduction printing and dyeing new technology project, Shaoyang high temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing machine and new energy-efficient, energy saving, emission reduction, water saving and continuous pre-processing equipment have been implemented, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

The implementation of the "new textile equipment" project has made R & D and industrialization of key textile equipment, which plays a key role in textile structural adjustment and industrial upgrading.

Practice has proved that through special implementation, the project commitment unit has established and improved the development and innovation mechanism, and trained and trained the team. It has significantly improved the overall manufacturing level, development capability and product quality of the textile machinery industry. The main economic and technical indicators of the product have reached a new stage. The enterprise has grasped the core technology and independent intellectual property rights of the product, and has obtained a number of patents, realizing the batch production of the products, directly serving the technological upgrading of the textile industry, and achieving good economic and social benefits.
