The total amount of sewage discharged by the municipal government to my county is 540 thousand tons per day, which also includes the discharge of domestic sewage.

My county has reached 780 thousand tons per day when the largest amount of sewage was discharged.

As long as the time is running out, the government may open up the emissions of printing and dyeing enterprises, so that the equipment can be used again. It is also feared that the government will continue to increase the pressure of emission reduction. If the enterprises fail to implement technical pformation earlier, they will lose the market.

The head of the dyeing and printing enterprise in Lizhu town is actually a common psychology of many printing and dyeing enterprises in our county.

But it can be clear that the pressure of emission reduction will only increase.

Faced with increasingly stringent emission reduction policies and measures, insiders pointed out that hesitation is undesirable and early upgrading is the best way out.

Since last year, our county has started the upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry. In the past 5 years, 80% of the county's printing and dyeing enterprises have been concentrated in the coastal industrial area.

At present, the county has 41 printing and dyeing enterprises located in the coastal industrial area, and this year, 96 enterprises have signed and settled.

After finishing the 137 printing and dyeing enterprises, nearly 80% of the county's printing and dyeing capacity will undoubtedly promote the upgrading of the industry.

At the same time, our county's printing and dyeing industry is also actively eliminating backward production capacity.

Last year, our county completed the printing and dyeing backward production capacity of 710 million meters, this year, our county will also eliminate 500 million meters of printing and dyeing backward production capacity.

It is gratifying to note that under severe pressure of emission reduction, some printing and dyeing enterprises in our county are actively taking measures to reduce emissions.

It is reported that the technology can reduce the COD concentration of printing and dyeing wastewater to 50 milligrams per litre and can be reused in industrial water.

Although membrane treatment technology is more than 40% of the normal pretreatment cost, the emission volume can be reduced by about 2/3.

In addition, Jen printing and dyeing company invested 8 million yuan to introduce the reverse osmosis membrane technology produced by Dow company in the United States to expand the pformation of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system and reclaimed water reuse, and achieved good results.
