Q1: How did PERREGAUX's PERREGAUX watch, which has 220 years of history, first come into being? What is the biggest feature?

The A:GP PERREGAUX table was founded in 1791 by the watchmaker J. F. Jean (Jean Francois Bautte), originally not called the GP PERREGAUX table.

J. F. Potter opened his own watch factory in Geneva and concentrated all the tabulation procedures to facilitate management and communication.

In 1837, J. Potter (Jacques Bautte) and Russell (Jean Samuel Rossel) took over the management rights of the company from the founder of J. F. Potter, and inherited the priceless industrial and cultural legacy he left behind.

Since then, in 1854, the watch factory was taken over by two talented couples, Constant Girard Constant Girard and Marie Perregaux (Girard Perregaux), and two of them combined their surnames and formally established the PERREGAUX Girard-Perregaux watch factory in 1856.

Since its inception in 1791, the GP PERREGAUX watch has both respected tradition and persisted in innovation, laying a unique table making art. Some revolutionary designs and movements are still shining and shining in the products of the watch factory.

1889 PERREGAUX's first three Golden Bridge Pocket Watch

There are many brilliant achievements in the history of Q2:GP PERREGAUX. Can you give a few examples?

A: first of all, I have to mention the three Golden Bridge flywheel which was completed by Constant Girard Perregaux in nineteenth Century, until today it is a benchmarking movement.

The great masterpiece won bronze and gold medals respectively at the Paris International Exposition in 1867 and 1889, in recognition of its delicacy and beauty.

In addition, in 1966, we launched the world's first high frequency mechanical movement Gyromatic HF with a vibration frequency of 36000 times per hour.

In 1971, the PERREGAUX watch launched the world's first watch with quartz movement, the frequency of 32000 Hz, was adopted by the industry as an international standard. At present, we are testing the latest development of the core, equipped with constant power escapement (Constant Escapement), is a major breakthrough in brand technology.

Q3: PERREGAUX watch is one of the few brands that all kinds of industries and technology that are necessary for the advanced watch industry are gathered under the same roof. Can you introduce the situation of GP PERREGAUX watch factory?

A: PERREGAUX GP, which has a more than 200 year history, is one of the world's only truly tabulating factories.

The brand research and development department has about 20 experienced watchmakers and engineers, strictly monitoring every process of wrist watch production. They are carefully supervised and improved from design concepts, machine development, design and manufacture of watchcase.

Therefore, every GP PERREGAUX watch is an artistic crystallization of traditional tabulation technology and modern cutting-edge technology, and has surpassed the realm of time.

The GP PERREGAUX watch is one of the authority of the Haute Horlogerie in the clock industry. No matter it is the complex functions of tourbillon, three question time, calendar, and second second counting, we can handle perfectly skilled masters.

PERREGAUX Museum

Q4: GP PERREGAUX has a very beautiful museum. Can you give us a brief introduction?

The A:GP PERREGAUX museum is located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.

In 1918, Charles Nuding built the Villa Marguerite, which stands in the vicinity of the PERREGAUX GP watch factory. Its appearance is elegant and beautiful. It matches the brand image of the GP PERREGAUX table. Therefore, the PERREGAUX watch has pformed the beautiful villa into a brand Museum, which contains rare rare GP PERREGAUX watches, from antique to modern classics, which embodies the changes of aesthetics and technology in the history of Swiss watch making.

At present, the museum is being renovated and will be reopened in 2012.
