However, LV stores did not provide complete information required.

In desperation, the provincial Consumers Association commissioned the Shenyang product quality supervision and Inspection Institute to identify the shoes, and the test results were substandard products.

At the beginning, LV store still did not apologize to Mr. Zhang.

After many coordination, the LV store finally apologized to Mr. Zhang and returned the procedures.

Reporters learned from the provincial Consumers Association that this year, luxury complaints accounted for 8% of the total consumer complaints, showing an upward trend.

Such factors as quality problems, unknown sources, extraordinary maintenance period, poor after-sales service, and even inconsistent standards between Chinese and foreign after-sales service have seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in China.
