Participation Procedures
Step 1: exhibitors choose the exhibition area and location;
Step 2: the two sides sign the exhibition contract. Within 3 working days, the exhibitors will pay 30% of the total booth cost as the deposit for the booth, and the contract will take effect.
Step 3:2011 before July 15th, pay the remaining 70% booth fees (for example, the withdrawal of the exhibition before the deposit will not be returned).
Step 4:2011 submit the company profile to the organizing committee before July 31st.
Steps 5:2011, 10-11 August, the exhibition will be displayed at the exhibition site (to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizer reserves the right to negotiate with the exhibitors and finally adjust the booth's position), and will display the discussion on 12-15 August.
