1, "residence (business premises)" column should fill in a detailed address, such as "* * city x * * * Road (street) * * * * * room".

3. In addition to completing the form, the use of the following valid and lawful property rights certificates issued by the competent department of housing shall be submitted to the township, town government, other departments or sub district offices or villagers' committee approved by the district government or authorized by the villagers' committee. The proof of use of the temporary residence (business place) shall also be submitted, and the letter of acceptance of the compensation fee for the demolition shall not be obtained by the user and the place provider of the production and business premises.

(1) a building that has been approved by the government departments such as planning and construction in the urban areas;

(2) the district government or relevant departments have been included in the demolition area but have not implemented the demolition.

(3) buildings in rural areas;

(4) buildings whose ownership documents are empty or commercial or residential where they are not identifiable and are not clearly planned;

(5) temporary construction kiosks, stalls (excluding postal newsstands, community convenience food stations).

4. In addition to the above circumstances, the following residence shall be used as residence, and the corresponding residence certificate shall be submitted.

(1) since the building has been built as a residence but has not yet obtained the "housing ownership certificate", it can be submitted to the construction unit for the construction.

(2) the original public housing of the district and County Housing Authority is a residence, but it can not be issued by the authority of the housing authority because of the adjustment of the housing authority.

(3) the property rights certificate of the state owned assets management department or its superior units that are in charge of the unit shall be issued by using the property that the state owned enterprise has not yet obtained from the housing ownership certificate.

(4) using the property that has not yet obtained the ownership of the housing in the science and Technology Park (Development Zone) as the residence, the housing authority certificate issued by the district or county government or the department authorized by it.

(5) the housing providers who have the items of rental housing approved by the Administration for Industry and commerce, that is, the scope of business includes "rental commercial premises", "rental office space" and "rental commercial facilities", shall be submitted to the enterprise by photocopy of the business license and the copy of the house property certificate as the proof of residence use.

(6) use hotels and restaurants (hotels) as residence, submit copies of business licenses of hotels and restaurants (hotels) with official seals as proof of use of residence (business premises).

(7) the use of civil air defense works as a residence shall be submitted to the civil air defense administrative department for examination and approval of the "Declaration Form for the use of civil air defense projects" and the photocopy of the supporting documents agreed by the fire department.

(8) if the houses directly under the central government are used as residence, the housing management department of the directly affiliated institutions under the central government shall issue a proof of the use of the house.

(9) using the housing of various ministries and commissions under the State Council as residence, the housing management department of the State Council Administration for Housing Affairs shall issue a certificate of housing use.

(10) the housing management department of the enterprise shall issue a proof of the use of the house by using the house owned by the central enterprise.

(11) using the housing of the railway system as a residence, the house management department of the railway bureau shall issue a proof of the ownership of the house.

(12) the use of military property as residence shall be submitted to a copy of the "army real estate lease permit" affixed with the special chapter of the PLA real estate administration.

(13) the use of non teaching rooms in primary and secondary schools as residence shall be approved by the district and County Education Committee.

(14) the city commercial bureau confirms that the application for registration is a convenience store for the community. The certificate issued by the sub district office or the community integrated service center agrees to use the place as a residence.

(15) when applying for the operation of newspapers and retail kiosks, the Municipal Administration Committee shall issue a residence certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Beijing municipal opinions on strengthening the construction of newspaper and retail kiosks in the whole city.

(16) the establishment of an enterprise or individual industrial and commercial household in a registered commodity trading market. The residence certificate is issued by the market service management organization and a copy of the business license affixed with the official seal of the market service management agency is submitted.

5. The conversion of houses in residential buildings into operating houses as the domicile (business premises) of a company shall conform to the provisions of the state laws, regulations and administrative regulations, and shall be submitted to the relevant documents as follows:

(1) a copy of the house ownership certificate signed by the property owner has been submitted to the housing authority.

(2) if the purchased commercial house fails to obtain the "ownership of the house", it shall submit a copy of the purchase contract signed by the purchaser or the house purchase unit, and a copy of the commercial housing pre-sale permit affixed with the official seal of the real estate developer.

(3) the rental housing or developer shall use the commercial housing occupied by the developer as the residence, and the copy of the pre-sale permit and the business license can be submitted to the developer without obtaining the housing ownership certificate.

(4) the laid-off and unemployed persons who have obtained the "reemployment license" shall be submitted to the public rental housing as their domicile, and shall submit a copy of the public housing lease contract, and sign it by themselves at the signature of the "property owner", but the signature does not have the validity of the proof property to the signatory; if the purchase unit housing reform house is used as the domicile, it shall submit a copy of the purchase contract for the unit housing reform house and the purchase invoice.

In addition to the above documents, the registration form for residence (business places) and the certificate of consent to change the residence into a commercial residential building should be completed.

Housing for commercial purposes at the bottom of residential buildings and residential buildings should not be allowed to engage in catering services, singing and dancing entertainment, providing internet access services, producing, processing and manufacturing, operating dangerous chemicals, and other production and business activities that involve national security, have serious safety hazards, affect people's health, pollute the environment, and affect the safety of people's lives and property.

6. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of construction and other departments on standardizing the admittance and management of foreign capital in the real estate market, it is not allowed to use overseas institutions and houses purchased by overseas individuals as domicile (business place) to engage in business activities.
