A total of 161 batches of children's toys, children's clothing, underwear and sportswear were inspected, and 15 batches of them were found to be unqualified. The failure rate was about 9.3%. The main problem was the mechanical and physical properties of children's toys, the reasonable and misuse of predictability, the content of soluble heavy metals, and the color fastness and formaldehyde content of children's clothing, underwear, sportswear, and so on, which did not meet the national standards.

At the same time, the Changchun Administration for Industry and commerce requires that the relevant operators should stop selling unqualified children's toys, children's clothing, underwear and sportswear on the basis of the released monitoring information from the date of promulgation. The industrial and commercial sub Bureau of the district shall check the unqualified children's toys, children's clothing, underwear and sportswear, and deal with them in accordance with the law.
