After printing and dyeing, the new process of RD-339 scouring enzyme, low alkali, short process, energy saving and emission reduction was applied, and nano silver antibacterial finishing agent was added in the finishing process.

In the production process, we first carried out the test on the small sample machine, determined the organization specification and the density of the yarn, and then produced 200 meters on the rapier loom. The production condition was very stable.

By improving the weft feeding device, we can basically produce smoothly, and the best way is to produce on air-jet looms.

After dyeing and finishing, there were also problems such as color matching. Finally, the problem was solved quickly by technicians pforming the machine.

At present, we have produced more than 3000 meters of industrial samples, used for publicity and promotion. The unique pattern design and antibacterial function have been recognized by many customers.
