Before the production of the sample, the operation of the sample should be done one by one according to the specific requirements of the sample and the specification of the sample. Before a large number of production and operation, it is necessary to make a sample. It is called prenatal sample. In making this sample, all the main dressings must be used in the later production, and the customers can fully approve the large quantity of tailoring after making the approval.

Under normal circumstances, before the new factory is ordered, our quality supervision department will carry out the scoring evaluation of the factory. The company has full-time staff of the quality supervision department to carry out the work. The quality supervision department will give the evaluation results to the production department for reference so that the production department can understand the advantages and disadvantages of the plant, and will pay attention to his emphasis when tracking production. It is an effective basis for us to consider and measure the quality and capability of the factory.

In principle, a production enterprise that reaches a certain standard can produce the order of the company. Of course, it is possible for the company or the final customer to appoint a full-time appraisal company to complete the work.

For the general product trade, the factory must conduct a 10% spot check on incoming fabric. Sometimes third of these works are done with the middleman. Special attention should be paid to the key inspection: quantity, specification, shrinkage, color fastness, cylinder chromatic aberration, left and right chromatic aberration, color difference before and after, intensity, and fabric defects. All these inspection records must be kept, so that our customers or customers can check at any time to prove that the factory is doing the job.

Five. Chromatic aberration limit

Theoretically, a small cloth sample of 2'X 2' is required to be compared with the standard color. In actual execution, the cutting department of the factory should control each pair, and the different cylinder numbers should be strictly distinguished, and the color should be controlled. When the quality of dyeing is not stable, it must be strictly monitored.

It is sure that the tailoring is accurate. The cutting must be checked every day. All the cutting parts should be cut according to the requirements of the cardboard. At the same time, the upper, middle and lower positions should not be greater than 1/8'.

Seven. Inspection on production line

Any management is a matter inside the enterprise, but we, as customers, require the factory to have the production line quality control system. Only in this way can we reduce or eliminate the defective products coming out of the production line.

Factories should be sampled at any time, and every bundle of semi-finished products should be marked with numbers. If there are defects found, there must be a clear sticker or other markings, indicating whether to accept or rework, as well as date, operator's name (or code number), defect name or number. The online inspector should check the key operation parts, especially notice the defects that will cause the whole quality problem, and pay attention to and take necessary precautions in the whole management.

Eight. Finished product inspection

Before the product is shipped, 100% inspection must be made for all products. If repaired or reordered, the shipment will be affected.

The factory should pay attention to the product organization, size, color and documents should be all accurate.

The final inspection usually uses the level of AQL to represent the level of product quality. In the specific content of the AQL standard, it also includes the methods and methods adopted, as well as the standard of accepting rework. The AQL standard of each order is different. This is related to the size of the order, the final quality requirement, and the customers. Generally, it is AQL4.0 and, of course, a small amount of 2.5 or 6.5.

Several American companies require the following:

Finished workmanship and performance AQL level --DSD high requirement 4, MENYRIS/DSD4.0, TARGET4.0

Finished product size AQL level -- woven 6.5, knitting 10

These three companies are representative of the clothing production in the United States. For different companies in the production process, the company will notify the AQL standard.

The consumer is the last quality inspector. To satisfy the consumers and buy the satisfactory products, the product's performance after washing must meet the design requirements.

All garments are tested for finished products according to our requirements before shipment. The contents of the garments are different and the testing contents are different.

Before sending them to our designated or accredited laboratory before shipment, we will conduct tests on the items concerned. There are local factories in the production area, and there are also third or more countries in the United States.
