The Levy of luxury tax is scheduled to start in June 1st. Initially, the whole housing market has been held for less than 2 years. There are 121411 households, with 51182 households holding less than 1 years, and a total of more than 170 thousand owners. If they are non self occupied and pferred after June 1st, they will be subject to class luxury tax.
If it is estimated by the year June 1st, the non self occupied house owner who buys the house within two years, that is, the person who has the property before July 2009 to the end of May 2011, will be pferred.
