I. training contents

Two. Obligations of Party A

After the completion of each training, Party A truthfully fill in the teaching log of motor vehicle driver training in Guangzhou, or assume legal responsibility. Three. Obligations of Party B

1. after entering the school, Party B should cooperate with Party A in completing the training plan according to the syllabus.

2. in accordance with the provisions of the annex to this contract, Party A will deliver the training fees and related expenses to Party A on time. If Party B fails to pass the examination, Party B shall take part in the make-up examination. Party B shall pay the relevant fee for the make-up examination according to the amount prescribed by the examination department, and shall issue relevant bills to Party B according to the provisions of the fifth clause and first paragraph of the contract.

3. the documents and relevant information provided by Party B when applying for training must be truthful and effective. If the documents or information submitted by Party B fail to cause real losses in the course of examination, Party B shall bear corresponding responsibilities.

4. Party B shall compensate the Party A for losses caused by violation of the relevant laws and regulations or refusing to obey the guidance of the instructors.

Four. Rights of Party A and Party B

1. the other party has the right to refuse to sign in the Journal of teaching and the record of training if one party does not comply with the training program and the requirements of the syllabus.

2. if Party B fails to take part in the training or examination in accordance with the notifications of Party A, Party A has the right not to refund if the driving skill certificate has not yet obtained the driver's license beyond the validity of the driving skill certificate. If the validity period of the driving skill certificate has not been exceeded, Party A can arrange for Party B to continue to participate in the training and examination.

Five. Special agreement

In addition to the agreement between the two parties, the training vehicle provided by Party A shall be in compliance with the provisions of the public security examination department and verify the qualified trainers. Party a must guarantee the quality of teaching hours and teaching. Party A shall not lower the training standards for Party B. If Party A fails to teach in accordance with the syllabus, Party B can not pass the examination by the public security department. Party A shall provide free training and make-up examinations for the corresponding subjects and bear reasonable expenses for Party B. Because Party A's teaching is not standardized, Party B or third artificial adults, property or other losses should be compensated by Party A for the economic losses and bear legal liability for the consequences.
