Article 1 training period

Third training costs

Fourth service commitments

First, Party A has committed to employ the students in this class, so that Party B is still not likely to be hired. Students who have not been hired are not allowed to have any objection. However, the students who have not been hired will naturally release their obligation to fulfill their employment obligations.

Two, after completing the training of this special class and obtaining the master's degree of the University, Party B shall arrange for Party B to serve Party A according to Party A's appointment, and shall continue to serve at least a full year of Party A in the first day of the reporting period.

Fifth Posts distribution

First, Party A shall, according to the overall development direction and business needs, and cooperate with Party B's expertise and wishes, distribute the work before the graduation, and Party B shall agree to accept the results of the distribution. Party B's salary is comparable to or not below that of Party A.

Two, Party A reserves the right to hire Party B, Party B shall not have any rights. Objection If Party A has not been recruited, Party B has no fourth service commitments and shall be exempted from sixth penalties.

Sixth penalties for breach of contract

In case of any of the following circumstances, Party B shall compensate the total amount of compensation to Party A without any conditions.

1. Party B has been appointed but not served by Party A after training and obtaining the master's degree of this special class.

Two. Party B has been appointed to the service of Party A after obtaining a master's degree in training. He has been left on his own or has been released from the company for breach of Party A's work standard.

Five. The contents of the application form provided by Party B's training hall and the relevant data are inconsistent with the facts.

Seventh confidentiality obligations

First, Party B's confidential information and work contents learned by Party A during the training period shall not be made known or held by any other third party confidential information in any way within five years after the expiration or termination of the training period without the written consent and business related requirements of Party A, and no use of any Party's confidential information or any right shall be made by himself or by any means in the third years.

Two, in case of breach, Party A shall terminate this contract without notice. Party B shall compensate Party A for the additional grant, and shall compensate Party B for the losses incurred.

The eighth one is the court of jurisdiction.

The dispute arising from this contract or due to this contract shall be settled by the principle of good faith and agreed that the court shall be the first instance jurisdiction of the court if it is necessary for litigation.

Ninth other rights and obligations

Tenth guarantor

If the guarantor fails to perform all his duties, he will be enforced in accordance with relevant legal channels and be jointly responsible for compensation litigation and enforcement costs (including but not limited to Party A's attorney fees).

Eleventh entry into force and amendment

This contract shall come into force from the date of signing the contract between Party A and Party B until the contract is terminated in advance or Party B's completion is completed and the contract service expires. Only seventh and eight of the contract shall not be invalidated due to the expiration of the contract. If there is anything unsettled in this contract, both parties shall make a supplementary agreement in writing and shall be deemed to be part of this contract after signing or affixed by both parties.
