The separation roller mechanism, the upper and lower nipper motion mechanism and the cylinder carding motion mechanism are innovatory designed, which effectively reduces the vibration and noise of the machine and improves the speed of the machine.


    The project has made a unique design for the nipper, cylinder, separation joint, suction and drop, drafting and loop bars of the comber, improving the spinning quality.


    The 3D CAD/CAE and virtual design technology are used to optimize the dynamic characteristics of the comber at high speed, greatly reducing the moment of inertia of the nipper at high speed and reducing the vibration and noise of the whole machine, thus improving the speed and efficiency of the comber.


    Great innovations and breakthroughs have been made in the application of new materials.

    The use of conductive nonmetallic materials solves the problem of friction and static electricity accumulation of cotton fibers. The use of special lightweight materials reduces the inertia of the reciprocating components of the nipper.


    By reducing the load of the machine and adopting permanent magnet synchronous motor and other measures, the energy consumption is reduced by more than 15% over that of the old machine.

    At the same time, the electrical control system adopts data exchange by means of communication, and has functions of digital sensing technology control, man-machine conversation, etc. it is advanced, reliable and highly automated.


    The project was approved by the China Textile Industry Association in November 2007.

    It won the two prize of science and technology progress of China Textile Industry Association in 2009.

    We have obtained 1 invention patents and 5 utility models patents.

    Since it was put into production in 2007, it has sold 342 units, with a sales revenue of 108 million 837 thousand and 800 yuan and a tax of 8 million 700 thousand yuan.
