The company's goal is to focus on TV and tablet computers in Chengdu, focus on notebooks in Chongqing, and focus on mobile phones in Zhengzhou.

But the consumer electronics production line is unlikely to get enough investment in the short term of $10 billion, which is more than Foxconn's total investment in other cities outside Shenzhen.

According to previous reports of the first financial daily, high projects may not be approved by the high generation panel.

Reporters visited the Chengdu production base, including the "Pixian De Yuan town" of a $5 billion LCD panel project, the factory called "Qun Kang technology", it is regarded as "provincial first project", the parent company is Foxconn.

At present, Qun is recruiting human resources. Recruitment notices show that the company is engaged in the TFT-LCD panel, template, TV and set top box assembly and testing. The recruits include "panel inspectors and operators". The salary is 1590 to 2390 yuan per month (excluding overtime pay), with social security, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Moreover, the Foxconn high generation panel project is not yet in line with the westward advance of Taiwan.
