Canteen Contract Agreement

Party A: the company is the first party.

Party B: the company shall be appointed.

According to the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached the following consultations on the contract matters of Party A's canteen.

I. mode of operation

1. Party A provides kitchen, restaurant and complete kitchen equipment for water and electricity and fuel and kitchen workers.

2. Party B is responsible for kitchen facilities.

3. Party B shall purchase, process and assume profits and losses on its own.

4. Party B arranges kitchen staff and is responsible for the wages and benefits of kitchen staff.

5. during the contract period, the kitchen equipment must be added or replaced, and it shall be submitted by Party B, and shall be responsible by Party A after the consent of Party A.

Two. Rights and obligations of both parties

1. Party A's rights and obligations:

1) Party A shall supervise Party B's operation and performance of the contract according to the provisions of the contract, and do a good job in coordination.

2) Party A supervises Party B's vegetables, garnish, nutrition, service level and sanitary condition, and has the right to request Party B to rectify in time.

3) Party A shall assist Party B in maintaining the order of the mess hall and strengthening the education of the staff.

2. Party B's rights and obligations:

1) Party B is responsible for the management of the canteen, including the personnel of the canteen, the collocation and production of dishes, the sanitation of the dining room, and the service.

2) Party B must comply with national and local standards on environment and food hygiene.

It is strictly forbidden to supply rotten food and keep fresh and hygienic dishes.

3) Party B must supply the meals of Party A on time, so as to make them fresh and tasty, and make good use of their nutrition.

4) after the meal, clean the food utensils carefully and sterilize the work. The interior and dining hall of the canteen are clean and clean.

Clean the inside and outside pools and sewers regularly to ensure smooth traffic.

Always clean up dirt on cooking stove and cooking utensils.

5) eliminate mosquitoes, flies and rodents.

6) refrigerators regularly clean up, defrost, eliminate odor, and keep raw and cooked articles separately.

7) Party B staff must have health certificate.

8) all the staff and staff members of the canteen are responsible for their salaries and benefits.

9) kitchen staff shall abide by the rules and regulations of Party A and kitchen discipline.

Three, food standard

The breakfast is RMB yuan / person, the Chinese food is RMB yuan, the yuan is RMB.

Among them, the Chinese food standard is large, medium, large, small, small, small, small, moderate, and small.

(if there is any change, the two sides negotiate and approve).

Four. Settlement method

Party A decides the number of meals according to the two sides, and calculates the monthly meal fee per month.

Five. Duration of contract

The probationary period is a month, and the contract period is the year of the year.

If both parties do not modify or terminate the request, they will enter the formal contract period.

When the contract expires, the two parties renew the contract automatically without any objection.

Six, termination of contract Ordinance

If Party A intends to terminate the partnership, Party B shall inform Party B in advance, and Party B intends to terminate the partnership.

Seven, liability for breach of contract

1. Party B shall be responsible for compensation for the food poisoning caused by Party B's unclean food, and shall bear the corresponding legal consequences.

2. Party A fails to liquidate the accounts of Party B without any reason. It shall be liable for breach of contract.

3. if a party intends to terminate cooperation without giving advance notice to the other party, it must compensate the other person for the last month's meal.

Eight, others

This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy, and the two parties will take effect after signing the contract.

Unresolved matters shall be resolved through consultation.
