And amazing is not limited to this, ceramic industry to create "China cooker", environmental protection become a rigid index, all of which attract people to re examine Lichuan industry.

In the 80s and 90s of last century, a large number of ceramic enterprises broke the name of "Jiangxi second porcelain capital" for Lichuan.

After the reform, the surviving enterprises continued to grow and expand.

More and more old factory technicians continue to make a new start to enrich the Lichuan ceramics industry.

During this period, the ceramic industry in Lichuan developed steadily, but there was no spectacular performance.

Last year, with the advantage of heat-resistant porcelain pot with special products, Lichuan put forward a higher position: building "China's capital city".

The Lichuan ceramic industry has launched a new development offensive.

This year, there are more than 10 new ceramic enterprises in Lichuan.

Li Yixiao, a businessman in Zhejiang, took a fancy to the prospect of Lichuan ceramics. He invested 100 million yuan with the chairman of China Star porcelain, Yao Zhong Yi, who had developed the red porcelain, and set up a new factory in the county Ceramic Industrial Park. Under the positive encouragement and assistance of the county Party committee and county government, the global ceramics industry has been planning to take the lead in energy saving and technological pformation. Yan Aikui, chairman of Jiaxun porcelain industry, introduced three new production lines and doubled production capacity after the company started its technological pformation.

The energy consumption of each new production line is reduced from 60 thousand tons per year (equivalent to standard coal) to 2 million tons, and energy saving is 66%.

Today, all the waste in the factory is recycled to achieve zero emissions.

In July this year, the technology pformation project has been approved by the relevant departments of the state, and has received 6 million 120 thousand yuan of energy saving and emission reduction project funding support.

Up to now, six ceramic enterprises such as universal, Jiaxun, Acbel and so on have won about 60000000 yuan of national energy conservation and emission reduction projects.

With such preferential policy support, the enthusiasm for technological pformation of enterprises has been unprecedentedly high. The scale of production of six enterprises supported by national energy conservation and emission reduction projects has doubled at least, and some have expanded more than two times.

Acbel porcelain has built two new factories. Now it is expanding its fifth phase. Last year, it paid about 6000000 yuan, which reached 10 million yuan this year.

Driven by their demonstration, the new ceramic enterprises in the county generally adopt the energy saving production line.

During the expansion, ceramic enterprises also strive to create famous brands.

This year, the "Acbel" brand of Acbel porcelain has been officially awarded the well-known trademark in China. The "strengthened glazed bone porcelain" of Huaxing porcelain has been awarded the title of Jiangxi independent innovation product.

"Pot all" deducts the new biography, the development momentum is strong.

In 2008, Lichuan ceramic industry paid 10 million yuan, and this year it could reach more than 20 million yuan.

Now, the whole county produces more than 40 thousand porcelain pots every day, and the production and sales volume continues to rank first in the country.

Pollution prevention has become a hard worker.

The Liyan blanket, which is located in the two phase of Lichuan Industrial Park, was invested by 200 million yuan by Deng Yongxing, a merchant in Guangdong. At present, a more than 60 thousand square meter factory has been built in the first phase, and it will be put into operation in the first phase of this July.

After being put into operation, the output value can reach 300 million yuan, and the tax will be about 8000000 yuan.

Mentioning this project is not because the scale of investment is large, nor is it because the largest 30 thousand square meter single plant in the city is built, but the company invested about 4000000 yuan to build a sewage treatment facility with a daily capacity of 1500 tons.

Under the circumstances of many enterprises' environmental protection, the Liyuan blanket invested heavily in pollution control, reflecting Lichuan's determination to pursue environmental protection in the development of new industrialization.

Judging from the overall situation, pollution control has become a rigid indicator of Lichuan's industrial development.

The County Industrial Park invested 20 million yuan to build the pipe network, including sewage pipe network. The sewage is not directly discharged, but is connected with the urban network and centralized treatment.

Previously, sewage has been treated by sewage treatment facilities of enterprises.

In this way, sewage is reduced to the lowest level after purification.

Some stubborn sewage can not be "at large".

Some ceramic enterprises that have not yet completed the technical pformation will produce phenolic water in the production process, which is harmful to the human body, but the county can not deal with it.

To this end, enterprises regularly collect phenol water and pport them to Nanchang for professional treatment.

For the newly introduced projects, the county will pre plan the pollution control links ahead of schedule.

According to the introduction, in the construction process of the new eco Plastic Industrial Park, the county and the provincial Environmental Protection Bureau are networked to monitor the various environmental indicators, so as to ensure no pollution.
