We should focus on the production and operation of Tiansheng, Huafang, Ruyi, Hongsheng and other textile enterprises, enhance investment attraction, and strive to introduce 1 million ingot ring spinning, 10 thousand airstream spinning and more than 10 thousand looms, and strive to increase the textile industry from 9 billion 100 million yuan in 2010 to 40 billion yuan in 2015, 3.4 times increase, and an annual increase of 34.5%.
