Ye Liang said that the further development of Anhui industrial clusters needs more specific guidance and planning at the professional level.
From the current situation of industrial talents, though Anhui province has trained a large number of clothing professionals every year, a large number of clothing talents have finally chosen to go south or North.
According to the introduction, in the coastal garment enterprises, nearly 30% of the garment workers are Anhui people. In the Yangtze River Delta, there are millions of Anhui people engaging in the garment industry. About 100 thousand high-quality Anhui clothing professional managers are active in the clothing enterprises outside the province.
In view of this situation, ye Liang said that due to historical reasons, Anhui's local garment enterprises are not strong in consciousness of talents, and the degree of cooperation between industry, University and research is not high enough, and lack of intermediate mechanism.
Excellent clothing talents in Anhui can not get good development opportunities, resulting in a great waste of talent resources, but also the loss of outstanding talents.
