So Che Jianbo rushed to Ningbo immediately.
After investigation, it was learned that the energy saving motor developed by the company was awarded the national invention patent certificate in 2007, and the market sales performance has been poor since it started at the start of the battery car motor.

According to the test of the national sewing machine quality supervision and inspection center, the same 400 Watt power is compared to 12 hours on the basis of ordinary sewing machine, starting from 5 seconds, standby 10 seconds. The power consumption of the ordinary motor is 3.37 kwh, and the power consumption of the machine is 0.96 kwh.
"With 12 hours of work a day, the machine saves 2.41 degrees of electricity per day than the clutch motor. With electricity consumption of 1.2 yuan per hour, it can save electricity by 2.89 yuan per day, 75.2 yuan per month, 902.4 yuan per year."
Che Jianbo gave the reporter an account, although its price is two hundred or three hundred yuan more than that of the ordinary motor, but the electricity saved in one year is enough to recover the cost.
It is understood that in June 18th this year, the product has been included in the "Sixth Batch of energy saving and technology oriented catalogue of Zhejiang province".

Che Jianbo said that if he could produce, only five hundred or six hundred yuan would be enough, and the cost would be saved by more than half.
According to the briefing, the state sewing machine fully served energy saving motor with sewing joints has 16 patents for inventions or utility models. Its permanent magnet AC brushless motor technology has national invention patents, and only 2 enterprises in the country own it.
