In his view, there are mainly four types of risks in workplace Transformation:
One is unclear positioning.
Hong Xiangyang pointed out that a large number of people in the workplace do not have a clear position in choosing jobs. Most of them are tempted by the trend or tempted by high salaries.

Hong Xiangyang warned that the unclear positioning of career development goals is the biggest risk, which should be paid enough attention to in the workplace.
Two, it is not thorough enough to judge the profession.
Hong Xiangyang said that some people in the workplace did some preparatory work, such as skills and knowledge reserves, but regrettably, because of their own or other reasons, the preparatory work can not really serve the pformation of the workplace, which means that they have done some useless work. The biggest reason is that they do not know enough about the career to be pferred.
Three, the pition is too large.
Hong Xiangyang said that the pition of some professionals was too large, and there was hardly any correlation between the two jobs before and after, such as an engineer engaged in software development.
In his view, such a pformation has a huge risk, mainly because the difference in occupational attributes is too large. Previous accumulation has almost no help for the latter work, and is equivalent to starting from the beginning, so the risk is certainly not small.
Four, overconfidence is not a bad thing, but overconfidence is a bad thing.
Hong Xiangyang said that in the process of job pition, too much self-confidence often ignores the existence of risks, so preparations are not done properly, so that once difficulties are encountered, they will be lost.
