Shanghai Chun Rui Machinery: New ET380 Rotor Spinning Machine
A few days ago, Shanghai Chun Rui Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. developed a new rotor spinning machine for ET380 rotor spinning machine on the basis of ET280/ET320 rotor spinning machine.
The machine has intelligent management system, top-level connector system, electronic third hands and other high-end configuration. It is a rotor spinning equipment with reliable design, wide range of spinning and easy operation, the basic number is 360, the speed of rotor is up to 110000 rpm, and the actual spinning speed can reach 160 m / s.
The product has received more than 10 patents and has been successfully put into the market.
ET380轉杯紡紗機是淳瑞公司圍繞用戶對“高速高效，高產低耗，高品質，抽氣式”轉杯紡紗機的需求進行設計和開發的，其主要的優點有：紡紗器間距230毫米，是目前國產轉杯紡紗機中紡紗器間距最大的機型之一，由于紡紗器間距加大，可以放置更大的條筒，減少棉條換筒次數，減輕操作工人的勞動強度;該機每臺頭數為360頭，是目前市場上半自動轉杯紡紗機中頭數最多的機型，國產轉杯紡紗機頭數基本在288頭以下;頭數的增加提高了單機的產量，在相同速度情況下，與40頭/臺和288頭/臺設備相比，其產量分別增加了50%和25%，;工藝排風和吸雜排風分開，有效保證了工藝負壓的穩定，因而成紗質量穩定;該機實際紡紗速度達到160米/分，高于國產同類型設備的引紗速度。
The ET380 rotor spinning machine adopts the new semi-automatic joint device, combined with the improved drop mechanism, the barrel dropping time is more accurate, the joint success rate is further improved on the original basis, and the quality of the joint is excellent and stable.
Through a large number of yarn quality comparison, the spinning quality of the ET380 rotor spinning machine has been at the same level as the imported equipment, and some indexes are superior to the imported equipment.
