Ten Questions Before Starting A Business

    2010/5/25 19:24:00 16

Between beginning and ending, it is the process you choose to create, and there is an inevitable link between choice and process. Many people just choose the project as the end of struggle, but do not know that the process of success is also very important. Similarly, without a correct direction, your efforts can only be futile.

Entrepreneurship is not a game, it is a cruel life. It requires the life that an entrepreneur must go through and must experience. One day, another day, month after month, year after year, it is hard to see these three words. If so, can you still stand by the trials and hardships of life after being in the entrepreneurial path? First of all, entrepreneurs should not have dreams, instead, they should be able to shatter their dreams into reality. Most of the real winners are those who have worked hard and have solid foundations.

But just knowing this is not enough to explain your suitability for starting a business. Please answer the following questions.

Question 1: if your current job is a non sales job, please answer: what is the turnover of your company last month? What are the main customers? What are the new customers from these customers? What are the reasons for the old customers choosing your products or services again? If your current job is a sales job, please answer: who is the main competitor of your company in the area you are responsible for? What is the turnover of the company last month? What are the main customers? What are the new customers of these customers? What are the reasons for the old customers to choose the products or services of their competitors again?

Question two: what partners do you have in your company, upstream and downstream? What is the communication and coordination mechanism between them? What is the basis for cooperation? Who is the person affected by the cooperative relationship? What is the influencing factor of the cooperative relationship?

Question three: what are the unique characteristics of your company's products or services? What are the consumers' value? What other hidden value are worth developing? How can they be developed?

Question four: when are you working overtime? Why do you have to work overtime? Do you have to work overtime? What's your mood after overtime?

Question five: do you have unspoken rules in your unit? Have you ever been hurt or gained any benefit from the hidden rules? Have you been hurt by the same latent rule for two times or gained two benefits?

Question six: look through your business card or address book. Do you have more than half of the total number of people you work with?

Question seven: when did you fight with your sweetheart recently? In the end, who persuaded you? Will you continue to try to convince the other side if you can't convince the other person?

Question eight: what is your monthly income? How much is the fixed expenditure? How much is the floating expenditure? How much is the investment expenditure? How much does it last?

Question nine: how many partitions do you have in your computer? What are the contents in each partition? Does it take a lot of energy to find a file? Have you ever lost important files due to the format of the C disk?

Question ten: have you answered the above question when you see this question?

To do anything is feasible, unworkable, unsuitable and standard. The above ten questions are actually a test of whether you have the necessary qualities of starting an undertaking. Of course, the answer you are now answering may not be consistent with the answer I provided, or it may not even answer it at all. It doesn't matter. It just means that you still lack the qualities needed for starting a business. Just for the time being, it's not suitable to start a business, but it's more difficult to succeed now. It doesn't mean that you can't start business in the future. It doesn't mean that you will not succeed in starting a business now. To raise these questions, we hope that you will understand these related knowledge and if there is any shortage, we should focus on the cultivation of related abilities in the future. In addition, I wrote this paragraph to separate the questions from the following ones. If you haven't answered the above questions carefully, please stop looking down and begin to answer the above questions carefully.
