Introduction To Expo Visitor Service
1. Service point service
According to the different positioning of service areas and functions, there are 56 service points in the Expo site, which mainly provide the following assistance functions:
Two. Ask for reception service.
An enquiry office will be set up in the park and at various entrances and exits to provide visitors with:
1, information about the venue, activities, contents, time and venue arrangement of the Expo site.
2, meteorological, park traffic and restaurant information and other advisory services;
3. Convenient services such as visiting materials and guide maps.
4. Collect visitors' opinions and suggestions.
Three, maternal and child services
In the park, we provide clean, hygienic rest, breast feeding and diaper changing places for infants and young children.
Four. Lost children services
There are missing child care points in the park to receive lost children and take temporary care.
Rental services
In order to provide convenience for visitors, the organizer set up rental points in the park to provide rents for wheelchairs, baby carriages and navigation machines, and correctly instruct visitors to operate and ensure the rental facilities are intact, effective and hygienic.
Five. Lost and found services
Receiving and registering the pickup items, timely and accurately checking the information and distributing lost items for the visitors who have claimed the lost articles. Overdue items will be transferred to the lost and found service points outside the park, and visitors can not receive them again.
Six, general public services
General public services include postal services; currency exchange, ATM and other financial services; weather services such as temperature and weather forecasts.
Seven, medical emergency services
There are medical emergency stations in the park to provide emergency medical support during operation.
